To the point

This the build I've been rolling with for a while now and playing Vladimir often enough and also observing other fellow Vladimirs. I found that this build is great for early, mid, and end game.

(Don't mind the hextech gunblade, I've replaced will of the ancients with that for fun because I was literally making so much money. :P )

How to play Vlad.

First of all, Vladimir is nothing really until he's Lvl 9 with maxed Q. That's my own opinion and I believe many people can agree because when you've maxed out Q. Less than 3 second Q along with life steal is just heavenly.

Easy Tips.
1. Play safe till Lvl 9, unless you're going to engage in a gank that fellow allies can attract the most focus.
2. Don't /ever/ initiate with your sanguine pool.
3. Spam E around minions till 4 stacks to attain more life steal from your Q.
4. Hit and Run tactics, if the enemy has a stun/snare/whatever. It's not wise to engage without a teammate considering the Sanguine Pool has been nerfed to not give extra speed while active.

How to engage/initiate.

1. When given the correct chance, pop off your ultimate, Hemoplague, the ultimate makes the enemy more vulnerable to attacks so you want that going off fire.

2. Ignite. (If it's a team fight, ignite one that has the most health. Don't worry about trying to ignite someone that is running off, that shouldn't even happen after everyones done damage and then hemoplague pops off.)

3 . Spam Q and E upon targets.

4 .Sanguine pool at the CORRECT TIME for either an escape or to slow someone for that one last Q hit. This is the clutch moment that could decide your death or the enemies death.

When people are chasing you because you are low health, don't engage unless:
1. They are low health. <10 percent.
2. Your sanguine pool is ready.
In this case then.
1. Q
2. Sanguine Pool under their feet. (Get ahead of them if they try to run.)
3. Q should be ready when the sanguine pool is about to stop, when it is, press Q and prepare to click the enemy.
4. dead.
p.s. spam e.
