Seems like a decent build, but again: costs a TON and does not really do anything except stack AP. I know that this is effective with vlad as i am playing him a lot, but items like deathfires or Shurlias also work well on him. Isnt 2 rabadons a total waste? the 30% is unique, so getting a Hourglass might be better spent money and can be used to reduce CD on pool when focused.

he Active from Deathfire grasp is awsome, imo is better than Morellos evil tome IMO (for vlad)

Bad build. No any intormation.. and why you want morello`s evil tome? there are better items with CDr and AP for Vladimir. is much better for vlad. and if you want the AP/CDR get
