Start with regrowth pendant + health pots
Unless your not confident enough, if not, take dorans shield to be safe
Your abilities use health And if you wanna be the farming machine i usually am
You'll want early game regen Transfusion isnt consistant enough until rank 9
After that save up for an amplifying tome and boots Go back when you can afford them
Build boots into sorc shoes and amplifying tome for hextech

REGROWTH OR DORANS SHIELD
AND HEALTH POTS

AMPLIFYING TOME + BOOTS

SORC SHOES + HEXTECH REVOLVER

RUSH RABADONS IF DOING WELL, IF NOT BUILD A RYLAI'S

Level transfusion first!!! untill you are level 9 (remember look up top for spells :P)

what lane should i be in ???!!!

Vlad is best in mid or solo top as he is the best farmer (1 of the best) and can bascily out do anyone who is in there lave appart from a vlad 1v1 (that all comes down to skill and lucky) so you want to be in mid most of the time NEVER SIDE LANE unless u have a cait on ur team then let her go mid but even if u have a cait ask to go mid they will usually be fine with it.
