(Explanation) Buy Cosmic Drive on first item, because gives you a lot dmg, speed and cd on start, second item is a standard, Hextech. Next item is Horizon Focus.. Why? Because Vladimir can slow enemy with E, this item gives you 10% dmg more for 6 seconds. This season is good for Vlad :)
