Welcome to my vlad bulid. He was my first champ and 30 lvls later i finally got a good bulid for him. So with out further ado, meet my vlad ap health tank

i brign AP runes an alittle magic pen. Magic pen help early game with transfusion dealing more dmg early game helping you mid. that flat Ap runes as well for good early game advantage seeing as this bulid take time

now you may be wonder why 9/21/0? Vlad is a mage an should use utlity? i think he should be more tanky mastery wise also getting ador for ap, and the the 9 in offense to help him mage wise

The items. The most judgemental things in a bulid.

Dorans Ring : this get alot of questions..it helps vlad with the fact it gives him both alittle extra ap and alittle extra health right off the bat to help him in mid ( most vlads are mid)

Warmogs: Why so early? becuase it helps him be tnaky and it gives him ap. also it helps its passive get all the way up faster

Rylai: itsl ike the perfect item for vlad giving both ap and helath which gives him more ap and more health !! its jsut beautiful

Sorc. boots: i know it third which is like a sin but as a tank you should be last out anyway i mean you cna use snaguine to escape too. but the + 20 magic pen help on top of 13 from runes

The HAt: it give epic amount of AP, which gives epic health and such. so its becomes useful for nuking

Sunfire: Jsut for your tnaking needs and also sunfire works when you use sanguine uner someone for and extra 40 dmg a second on them so yay more dmg :P

The Hourglass: last tanky items that offers a statis for like.. hiding under a turret or something so yuor dont die. also gives your helath form its 100 ap

my summoner spells is Teleport and Fortify.

Teleport: Its good to get to a lane quickly to help your team in a team fight or for leaving you lane t and quickly returning

Fortify: that way you cna help other lanes from your mid lane.

Portifing:
Teleport and Fort : Fort the port to the in danger turret to scare them off and save your turrret.
