Was bored in school, not much time, pardon this first version

I dident put blue pot in the item build, that is because you prioritize the items. But the thing about blue pot with boots of lucidity, means you can q,e pool under em, then come back up with your q,e off c/d and ready to beat your enemy to more of a pulp.

Simple, I find if you go for the revolver, your damadge is greatly reduced, you may have better lane stay but who cares when you q your opponent for your health back anyways. with the extra ap its easier to clear minions out getting you gold faster getting you these items. as long as you play it safe at the start you can get those nice ap items and start controling your lane.

I use my q to farm hard core at during the early mid game, late game your e and w do a much better job. Make sure to q as many minions as you can but be carefull, try and have your q when the enemy tries to trade blows with you, the damadge from the rabs and life back from q makes sure you almost always win. keep your ult for those team fights, or get to win out your lane, use your judgement on the situation but dont get to greedy.

Vlad can be build to do so much damage which is why i like this build, you can trade blows and win chase down enemies, and with blue pot you can truly just spam exeptionaly well.
