Introduction!

Don't need much of an introduction for this, this guide will not go into advanced tactics, It's simply a build guide for players to experiment with. If you came here looking for how to play him, sadly I cannot provide I can only provide what I think is the most effecive build. It works for me this Build, so I hope it works for you too.
And remember, GL and HF!

Summoner spells!

I always go with Flash and Ignite. Flash? To get in to do one more Transfusion on a fleeing enemy, or to quickly escape a tricky situation if your pool is not enough. And Ignite for excellent Syngergy with your ultimate, I only really use my ult as a Finisher with ignite in a 1v1, but in teamfights it's almost neccisary to be used for initiation.

Why the Swiftness quints?

I find it just frustrating just no being able to catch enemy champions, with MS Quints and Swiftness in Masteries you should have around 330 base movement. This combines with your Rylais to mean escape attempts are futile.

Item order and why!

I rush deathfire right after my WOTA because of how useful it truely is. It turns your Q and E into below 3 second super nukers, allowing for easy spamming and much more consistant damage (q=2.7s and E=2.4s). As a Vladimir player without this max CDR you will often see a grace period of about 3 seconds where you can do nothing, my aim with this build is to make you do constant, high damage. This is also the reason I put lich bane in, there is no grace period with lich bane, the 2 second cooldown is enough to keep you 'flowing'. And with his reduced CDR you will find farming a breeze, and delaying your Rabadons will not matter as much (if your jungler is manaless and no-one else needs blue then taking the CDR early will really help out).

Variable items.

If your team is very lacking in CC then by all means get Rylais before your Rabadons, with your max CDR you should be able to stick to enemies like glue, the bonus tankiness you get from it is good also. If they are building LOTS of MR then yes, you can buy void staff. If it's lesser however, just go for an Abyssal sceptor it will help combat your lack of Sorcerors Shoes.
