Void staff should only be used (in conjunction with your runes/sorc boots) if they are have MR above 90. Otherwise it is wasted and abyssal scepter is better option. Also gives more AP and magic res.

I have seen this build before only with using abyssal scepter and defense tree mastery for maximized damage and surviving.

One shouldnt assume they will always have blue buff. Often there are those with better needs for it on team. Vlad should be self sufficient.

Also i see the screenshot of you score... but you name (Po3m) does not come up when i search for it in game. I find NinjaRat though.

Sorry , but ... i think your build sucks Hell_Pet ... First time : Spirit Visage sucks on Vladimir ( Will of the Ancients better) because he give Abillity Power & Spell Vamp for all allies ! I think players buy Spirit Visage because he give Cd reduction . Cd reduction u can get from the golem . And Lich Bane isnt 2 good for Vladimir because He is a Op Caster and have no time for atack normal. At full build i got 1100 Ap and i dealt with Transfusion 900 Damage with just 1.86 sec CD. ! I hope it will help u :)
