Hello , this is vladimir he is one of the strongest champions in the game if you play him right :), if you play him right though so follow my build and you will pwn nubs!

Marks - I take magic penetration marks 0.95
Seals - Greater seal of vitality for extra hp :)
Greater glyph of focus - 9 runes of theese makes your cooldowns 5.85% which is awesome for vladimir because of his last spell.
Quintessence - I take 3 of 5 ability power , its just my choice some pick Health runes which i dont like much.

Bassicly in the offense tree you need "9" and in the utility 21 because in the offence theres a masterie for 15% magic penetration which is like 15 or so free magic penetration runes , and a cooldown masterie which reduces your cooldowns by 4% for your Q spell.

Well for summoner spells i get Flash and ignite which is my opinion because flash you can either flash to the enemy and kill him or flash out so you wont die which is pretty helpfull cause your not that fast. Ignite is just for finishing the enemy if he is low hp helps a lot for me :)

Starting items :Boots and 3 Health potions are your starting items , boots give vladimir the mobility to run faster and last hit creeps easier :).
Core Items :Other good items after you've completed your build , if you have a team which gets Magic resist equips getif you want more health and ability power getAverage build every game :- This is my average build items for the whole game.

You must always be middle , if not your last hits will be a lot lower than you expected , when your middle even if the enemy is harrasing you just last hit creeps that all you must do. When you have the munny go back and buywhen your done buying ionian now you must get another 1550 gold for thespirit visage.

This is when you get really powerfull , in mid game i ussually rushrabbadon which helps me deal incredible damage and my ganking abilities are a lot easier than before. After that is Hextech revolver which is awesome because vladimirs first spell heals 100 , and your damage with that spell is like 400 by now , 20% of 400? = 100 health more :) , helps your pool to.
After that depends on your enemy team , if they have 100+ magic resist get Void staff , if they dont buy rylai scepter the next items are up to you :)

Well when the team fights begin do this - Ulti , Pool , Tides of Blood then focus the squishy he will probably be dead by now but if hes alive finish him with Q spell then kill the others.
Note : Your ultimate with your full item build deals 700 damage.
Your Q spell deals like 450 or something
Your W deals like 500
Your E spell deals maybe 300-400 im not sure. But the damage is incredible , you deal 1650 AoE damage. R+W+E = 1650

Vladimir is a great farmer , i ussualy stop farming at level 9-11 , after that i begin my ganking. At level 1-4 it will be a little harder but after that it gets really easy. If you dont go back untill level 11 you probbably must have 4300 gold - 4500 gold to spend , but i go back every time i have munny to buy an item. Note : Dont go back if your enemy is still in the lane. If you have little hp which probbably you wont then you can go back and recover.
