About the guide

This is an AP-HP build of vladimir. Whith that build vlad makes tones of damage and he can handle mid very well. Also you have some great cooldowns so you can use your abilities more often and heal up faster with Transfusion and having more surviving chances

About the runes

That rune build is helpfull because you start with a great amount of AP and also have some armor for more surviving chances so can get easyly FB.

About the item purchases

If you get these items you have a lot of Ability Power, a lot of Hp and some armor. Also you can slow your enemys with the Rylai's Crystal Scepter giving you more chances to get the kill. I hope that you will like the guide and you will have a lot of fun with vlad.
