Vladimir, The crimson reaper
Very useful the first skill, on lane can abstain for a long time.
Very good team in a fight the ultimate skill very useful our team is of benefit to him.
Very nice champion on 1v1.
There is good escaper skill.
Third skill the creep is very useful for killing in brief onto a good farm.
A lot-he has many hp.
And we can kill with him under the turret.

Low armor
If the Sanguine Pool on cooldown, then easily can be killed.
Ultimate my ability needs 5 seconds, that wound and let us recognise it because of that under this much time may receive a heal.

(Passive): Every 25 points of bonus health gives Vladimir 1 ability power and every 1 point of ability power gives Vladimir 2 bonus health (does not stack with itself).
(That's very good since more lives are more then abilities power.)

Transfusion (Active): Vladimir drains the lifeforce of his target, dealing 120 (+0.66 per ability power) magic damage and healing himself for 25% (+0.33% per ability power) of that amount. Damage: 75 / 120 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+0.66 per ability power)
Cost: No cost.
Cooldown: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 seconds.

Sanguine Pool (Active): Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood for 2.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and slowing enemies above him by 50%.
Vladimir deals 80/135/190 (+15% of bonus Health) magic damage over the duration and heals himself for 12.5% of that amount.
Cost: 20% Health.
Cooldown: 22 seconds.

Tides of Blood (Active): Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+.45 per ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies.
Each cast gives him an Empowered stack (max 4), increasing his healing and regeneration by 8% each. Additionally, his next tides of Blood deals 25% more damage and costs 50% more health per stack. Cooldown: 8 seconds.
Cost: 80 Health.

Hemoplague (Active): Vladimir infects the target area with a virulent plague which periodically spreads to nearby enemies and increases the damage they take by 10%/14%/18% for 5 seconds.
After 5 seconds, infected enemies take 200/300/400 (+0.8 per ability power) magic damage.
Damage: 200 / 300 / 400 (+0.8 per ability power)
Cooldown: 120 seconds.
Cost: 15% Health.

Items, and reason, that for what I take this as him!

Doran's shield: More hp then it more the ability power.
(120 hitpoint's = 4 ability power.) +8 armor and +8 hp reg.

Health potion: I think not need description.^^

Rod of Ages: Fact, that he does not need mana, but if we look at it better beautiful hp and ability power gives for us. When a Rod of Ages has reached maximum benefits, it grants the following: 650 HP = 26 ability power.
725 Mana = Useless for vladimir.
80 AP = 160 Hitpoints.

Sorcerer's shoes: Magic penetration ... ^^

Warmog's Armor: This item very beautiful little hp gives for us. I detail it:
1220 hp = 48,8 AP
92.5 hp regen/5 sec

Zhonya's Ring: Automatically understandable the active skill is good for us very much onto escape and a survival.
120 AP = 240 hp
Passive: Increases AP by 25% = It's random hp^^.
Places your champion into Stasis for 2 seconds, rendering you invulnerable and untargetable but unable to take any actions. 90 sec cooldown.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter: Passive skill very cool since he slows the enemy down if impress a skill and this passive very good Sanguine Pool.
Your spell damage slows the target's movement speed by 35% for 1.5 seconds (15% for multi-target spells).
500 hp = 20 AP
80 AP = 160 hp

Will of the Ancients: This item is of benefit to us and we can help our team with him. Fact, that little ap gives for them but this more than the nothing.

70 AP = 140 hp
15% spell vamp.

Early game: Let us try to play carefully and to get stronger, and try to farm. Transfusion skill very useful for creep lasthit and harass enemy. Early into a game we test it who farmolni Rod of age and Sorcerer boots and Blasting wand.

Mid game: In this game section already may start outside gang and here already would need to have bought the rylai scepter and the warmog's armor. Let us be intensive on all of them outside gang and in the teamfight. Let us help our teammates very much the with Sanguine Pool skill.

Late game: This game section is about the murder quasi only already, let the last items turn up here. Practically here already all of our abilities very strong and useful in the teamfight. Practically Transfusion we impress it onto a different hero always, we reach it so the largest damage distribution into all heroes.

I thank you for having read it please value it. Criticisms I wait for ones with a constructive character. The lame English is an apology for my knowledge.
