I want explain some, how use your skills.

Every 40 points of bonus health gives Vladimir 1 ability power and every 1 point of ability power gives 1.4 bonus health.

Is single target skill. It do magic damage and heals him self. It's very useful last hit minions and harass enemy team's champions.

Vladimir go into a pool of blood and make him self untargetable. It also slow enemy champions and heals Vladimir.

Vladimir throws blood knifes (they looks like knifes). They hit all enemies and do magic damage. Tides of blood staking up to 4 times and make more damage and increases his healing and regeneration.

Vladimir infects an area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take increased damage for the duration. After a few second it explodes and make magic damage.

I always max "Q" first cuz it has vladimirs main dmg and it heals him. 2nd i max vladimirs "E". 'cause it makes lot of dmg. it stacks and deals aoe dmg.

Vladimir is good against jax or malphite or anything else champion who use melee just harass them with "Q". Last hit minions with "Q" and basic attacks. When you get level 3 you are in safe, cuz if enemies jungler come gank you can easily get away with your bool. Always if it is possible try use your "Q" to champion, cuz it do damage and heals you.

Try always hit with your as many as you can. Spam your "E" all the time, last hit enemies with "Q" and take kills. If it's possible don't use your bool if you have full hp , cuz it will take % damage for your current health.
