Screen shot with stacks...

Did you delete your other guide? I thought you already posted it.
As I said before I personally think that this build would be very taxing on beginners and non-"pro" Vlads. relying on 2 stacks is very iffy... especially if you were to play ranked. Other than relying on the stacks my biggest worry would be the lateness in which you get the Scepter and Boots. Unless you are able to stay in lane until you can basically afford all 3. Which is very possible.
The reason to get Lev is for the 15% reduced damage... not necessarily the HP. In this build i can see Lev over Warmog. But if you don't like stacks but want HP then Warmogs is a suitable substitute.
However I do agree that this build is better than your previous. Well done.
I did in fact delete the other build, i noticed that it was too biased towards one style of play. As mentioned in the introduction if they arent doing well with stack like items to dip into the optional items that i listed below. but thank you for the compliments and info, i have to agree completely that stacking items are more so for advanced play

Just wanted to point out that I was using "both" snowballing items, and didn't die once, plus it was a fun victory!! =)
