Thou sins
1. No comment to vote
2. Why utility? Isn't offense/defense better for Hecarim? At any rate, it remains unexplained.
3. Missing a full ability explanation
4. Structure in the item section is important, you have barely anything there.
5. Your chapter order is quite odd. Put the spells and skills chapters BEFORE the item section, not the other way around.

Thou blessing
1. Overall a decent build
2. Good use of the cheatsheet
3. "Okay" use of coding
4. "Okay" use of structure

Result: Path of Redemption
Yes, your build is decent, but that is not enough.
Your guide does not explain all the basics, and the coding and structure could improve in many ways.

You should start working on it asap.

Good luck :D

It gives about 2.6 starting AD, so yes, I was wrong about it being a "good amount". In the end you get more perks off the MS quints because it does give you better map control. You get to lanes faster, get to your camps faster. The AD bonus is negligible early, but late game it does give you a decent increase, but the utility is more important.

Yet I'd go for MS quints on Hecarim aswell. It's certain that It will hinder his early camp clear a lot, but he would become more efficient concerning his presence during lane phase. For example he can cover mid while his ally is recalling then make it on time to top to counter-gank or put pressure.

But that's just my opinion, I don't play Heca much to actually say something valid ^_^

"Do not use any other quint. Combined with Warpath you gain a good amount of starting AD, and it will scale as you level."

You get like 1 extra starting AD from three movespeed quints. It's really negligible.
