This build is very good for initiating team fights and being able to keep yourself up when being chased or in a team fight. Early game you are almost able to ignore all damage and harrasment from enemy players and heal through it with hungering strike. This should make farming very easy. I take smite so that i can get a quick and easy dragon at level 5 or 6 without coming too close to death. i also buy wards throughout to make sure no one is coming towards dragon or coming through mid.
