You have way too much AS. 5 items with AS stat. Your lvl 18 AS will be 2.199 without HC.
WW AS cap is at 245%. With HC active you will reach 195%+80%=275% - 30 over the cap.
Eventho you still take AS runes... O_O!
Runes - you inserted Lesser runes.
As you are quite mobile char, i dont understand the use of Rally. Jungle you might say, but smite is enaugh, why adding Rally?
I totaly dont get your skill order, you dont max anything, i would understand getting HC last since you have AS AS AS AS item on the way.
And those masteries... Utility Mastery maybe? You are jungling?
Waiting for that YT since there are many things that i find odd here. Maybe a good clarification there will enlighten me.
