welcome to my guide. feel free to suggest things as I am more then willing to try different things.
normally you wouldnt see ww as a top/bot lane champ. i dont entirely like jungling, but i see its uses so i hybrid lanning/jungling from time to time so long as my teammate can handle top by himself while i get blue/red or counter jungle and gank. reason being ww is much better at ganks after he reaches level 6.

look at his passive, and you will see why i add so much attack speed to him. think about it! constant high attack speed and you will have a very high life sustainability. as far as the runes go you can play around with the last one, which ever you prefer. the armor penetration or the attack damage.

again this should be pretty self explanatory... i think 1 point in blood scent is a good enough movement bonus. but if they keep slowing your or stunning you put more points into that first before hunters call.

i started adding infinity edge to mix simply because if you have phantom dancer and infinity edge you have a total of 55% chance of critically striking! 55%! couple that with hunters call you would be making 2.475-2.5 attacks per second. ALL THAT CRITICAL DAMAGE! add to that a lil extra lifesteal and armor. the order isnt extremely important, but i always focus on attack speed first.
also i prefer to use the black cleaver because of its attack speed and its unique bonus: on hit effects of wearing down the enemies armor. good stuff.

in the end its all how you like to play this champ. i have seen many different ways to play/build ww. this is my fist guide so please be gentle! ;-)
