As for the minus comments, get real guys.. there's nothing guaranteed in a game and duh ! you gotta adapt to the setuation you got (refering to the stacking buff items and to the comments about masteries).
Speed from utility can make a big diference on your performance early game especialy when you go with boots for moving in out, harrasin and last hitin, no need to go full mana like someone said, the flat mana regen runes and the second 2nd skill are allmost every time enough to keep you locked n loaded and the extra speed gives you more chances to get a hit on your oponent without geting one back at yo face in the proccess.
Speed can also provide greater surivability chances that is realy needed early game (1-6lvl).
Anyway.. thanks man, keep it up !
The fact that you do not build AA makes me so sad... You will be stacking the Tear at almost every possible chance, so there is absolutely no reason not to build it.
I also much prefer stacking a ring or two over spending SO MUCH MONEY earlygame on building RoA.
Void staff is almost never needed and is much better substituted for an Abyssal Sceptre purely because the enemy carries (your absolute priority as Kassadin) will almost never stack MR. You therefore benefit more from an extra 10AP, MRES and the MRES lowering aura than you would from the 40% Mpen from Void Staff.
Zhonyas is totally situational on Kassadin and should NEVER be considered a core build item. If you rift into a TF (no idea why you would do this by just for the sake of this argument you did) and you find yourself in serious trouble and use Zhonya active, you will be sitting there for 2 seconds while the entire enemy team prepares to fire every single piece of CC they have at you the split second you are back.
I would only build Zhonya's if the enemy has global ults such as Karthus' Requiem, Ashe's Enchanted Arrow and Ezreal's Trueshot Barrage. Even then you should be able to rift out of the way (bar for Requiem) so not quite sure what the deal is here.
Also, QSS > Banshees, ESPECIALLY if you don't have AA. The two have brilliant synergy as you actually gain AP from Banshee's mana, which is further augmented by Rabadons.
I agree with Rylais, Boots and Rabadons and your summoner spells, although it would be worth stating that Cleanse is also very good on Kassadin (I still run it sometimes on stupidly heavy CC teams).
Finally your utility masteries make no sense. You half-committed to the mana regen and then decided not to follow it though, putting points in movement speed. This makes NO sense. Movement Speed does not benefit you, especially seeing as you don't have Lich Bane in your guide so staying in melee range makes no sense anyway. Riftwalk should suffice.
I have noticed that you are not yet level 30. I will not call you noob etc etc as we all must play games and gain experience before hitting 30... but you still got a few things to learn ;)
