Obviously, that stuff is not THE stuff to have. It must be adapted at the game. If there's strong AD and not a lot of crown control, you can take the ninja tabi, for example. And the last item depends totally of the game, if you need to be more tanky, you can take a warmog, if the AD's are strong, you can take a Raduin (you already have the HoG) if the Ap's are strong, take a FoN, or may a GA, especially if you are targeted if teamfight, the hexdrinker is also a good item now, with the apparition of the Maw of Malmortius, who give you 36mr, a big shield, and a lot of damage (when you are under 20% of you're life, it's the 2nd better damage item). The atma can be not bad, even with its nerf, with around 45dmg&armor, and a little of crit chance.
