ah yes. that is SOMEWHAT true but i find i mana starve a lot. This guide is for the more.. advanced swain players where you just rip people to shreds and drain your mana like hell. hence the e,q,w,ignite,r instakill when there like 3/4 hp this is why i choose clarity (Y) but if your more new to swain than i strongly suggest flash for the extra survivability sorry for not mentioning this in the guide

decent guide but the only point i disagree is taking clarity instead of flash becouse becouse of the passive swain doesnt mana starve a lot.

thank you zetech but i have stated that depending on the person they may want 9/0/21 or 10/0/20 depending on what they want, i agree with you though i usually use the set up of 9/0/21 as i find it more efficent. thanks again for the +1

Nice guide :D but in masteries i would change the 10/0/20 for 9/0/21 coz markin 1 on ignite only gives u +10 Ap while it is in CD and Presence of the master reduces the recharge time of your summoner spells by 15%.

Means that u gonna be able to use a 15% more often ignite and clarity
