Ok guys, I really believed in Zac's comeback, i've been waiting for ages. Yes, you can indeed clear camps well now. And.......Thats it. I tried him, desperately, he lacks alot of damageand is not as good as i thought he would be in fights. His ulti and other spells barely do any damage. Yet I am told not to build too many AP items on him because you're supposed to play him tank. But its not like he has alot of cc to peel either, the jump cooldown is enormous and his ulti onlly knocks up once per champion......Can someone tell me if he is really top tier now? I managed to go 6/0/7 on him, I built him like the best guides told me to( tank with Liandrys that is) But EVEN LATE GAME my damage was no where near doing any impact.

Well, rumble is used well in team comps like with jarvan or for objectives and dragon fights. I made this list primarily for solo que. It's really hard to set up good rumble ultimates in solo que, especially in the mid tier(silver/gold/plat). And in this case liandrys is the thing tha thing that is strong, not necessarily rumble. In addition rumble is bad in the split push mid game, so you have to force fights, while the enemy top laner takes your tower, that often go poorly in solo que. or often times the enemy top laner will pressure you and then roam wrecking your team.

hey do u think that rumble will be a top lane tier 1 champion. especially because the %health damage on liandrys. or is there some other reason why he isnt a high rated champion?
