Why Draven?

Draven is arguably the most unique champion in League of Legends. While some people hate him, others thrive and craze over Draven gameplay.

Are Draven Players really Toxic?
Yes. Draven's ability to succeed in the game relies heavily on his passive. His passive is understandable technical-wise but complicated to a Draven mind-set. Draven collects stacks everytime he catches an axe which means every auto-attack he has to move his character to a location to catch it. The number of stacks that he can generate can go up to infinity. Once he gets a kill, his stacks go to zero and he gets a amount of gold proportional to the amount of stacks he can get. However, if Draven dies in any way, Draven will lose 75% of his stacks which pretty much resets everything.
And back to the topic, so playing with a Draven pretty much revolves around feeding him the kills so he can grow stronger with more stacks. If a Draven has around 100 stacks and you KS from him, he might flame you because he needs that kill to cash in his stacks. And dying is no option for a Draven player. Dying cause Draven to lose his stacks and there is nothing else he can do except flame his team.

Hard Snowballing?
Draven is one of the best champions to snowball. My definition of snowball is when a champion is fed or gets kills, it gets easier and easier to kill enemy champions. Tristana is a simple one, once Tristana gets a kill or assist, she gets a reset on her W and can immediately jump in for another kill. And Draven is a prime and more complex example. His autoattacks scale off his Q. So gaining levels is important to get Draven even bigger than his opponents.
And of course his gold income from his passive is important to Draven's snowball. More kills give him more income. But Dying often or not cashing in makes Draven's passive worthless.
Once a Draven gets behind, his passive is pretty useless so just get a Statikk Shiv for Waveclear.

Should I play Draven?
Draven is a hard champion to master. My best advice is to understand his abilities and potential. As long as you get kills the game should be easy but if you dont, it will be a hard struggle. So master the KS. Draven has a lot of potential so dont' lose it.
