With her standard Q>AA Harass combo, I think fresh blood might be better. Biscuits also might be good because of how poor her laning is. (Compared to meta midlaners)

Thanks for the comment. I personally don't run Fresh Blood only because it falls off really hard late. It's not that bad in early lane, but an extra 28 damage on your autos in a team fight every 6 seconds is not impactful at all, as opposed to an extra 3% damage to the entire enemy team. Biscuits are good in lane if you're against a bad match, but assassin boosts your damage so much I believe its a much better choice in most situations. Just my two cents.

I understand your reasoning, but the thing is, ALL of Sona-mid's matchups are kinda bad, and a handicap might be needed in most cases.

Eh, I mean some matchups are bad for her but a good sum of them are in her favor. I went and explained almost even match-up for her. I don't like biscuits because the amount of extra healing on them is realistically negligible compared to your w in the first place. I think biscuits are good in some cases but in general assassin is your better option.
