for the 6th item i use it as a circumstance item e.g you have a cho'gath i get madred's blood razor if there stacking armour i get last whisper if they are running alot i get frozen mallet

pros:
you heal about 900 hp per crit
you deal about 1200-1900 damage
can hold off 1-3 characters (depending on who they are)

cons :
stuns will make you extremely vulnerable

with a tank: stay just behind the tank but close enough to spinning slash any enemys nearby use exhaust as there running away as you will not need to worry about hp unless ganked
without a tank: stand at the front dont be stupid but harrass character when they come close if low hp go for the kill

easy jungle full build can solo baron no need to even look.

the reason i have 3 blood thirsters is that fully stacked they give 100 damage and 25% life steal every hit you heal 75%
