Advantage and Disadvantage
Vi has the strongest ability power if she finish building her Nashor tooth and Lich Bane. With her E, she can pretty much destroy them.
Disadvantage:
Now that she has a full build Ability Power, if she starts getting ganked or get hit by anyone, she has no armor nor magic resist, so she might be squishy.
