Introduction
Hello I'm Why Lion. I will share with you what I think works the best for Bard, I will improve it! I play Bard since he came out on the PBE and I think he is an exellent misunderstood support.
Btw english is not my first language, I'm sorry if I make mistakes.

Pros / Cons
+High mobility
+Master Baiter
+One of the best Utility kit
+Ult can prevent ennemy team from stealing Baron
+Lot of CC
+Usefull E to get the team to catch up fleeing targets or to run away using Q right after the ennemy team followed in the portal
Cons
-Only one offensive ability
-Loosing lane can prevent you to collect shrines properly
-Missed/bad ults may enrage the team :<
-Reliant on Q
Spells introduction
Passive: Traveler’s Call
Bard’s presence causes sacred chimes to appear on the Fields of Justice. Collecting a chime grants Bard a brief burst of movement speed, experience, and mana.He also attracts small spirits known as meeps to his side. Whenever Bard attacks, a meep throws itself at his target, dealing extra damage before disappearing back to the spirit world. As Bard collects more chimes, the meeps that follow him grow in both number and power.Chimes~
Spoiler: Click to viewNow for collecting chimes, you guessed it, get as much as you can! But you have to do it at the right time. Early game, wait until the lane is pushed or if the other adc backed/died to collect them. Also you will observe that two chimes appears in the bottom jungle just before minion spawns and around 1:45-50 if you did it quick. First they will appear slowly, then there is going to be plenty of it. Use them mid-late game to catch up ennemies or escaping combined with your E.
