Nice guide, I would say it is better to pop Battle cry right after audacious charge or Crescent Sweep as to increase the speed at which you deliver the Three Talon Strike.
I disagree with the Berserker's Greaves being a piece of **** but as you said it's up to the players choice and like the fact you note the build is just an option and you must consider the situations :), you should ad trinity force to the situationals.
