I take-Flash who will help you to escape from many situations and-Clarity 'cuz i play aggressive and that type of play will consume much mana.

the most important thing is to maximize-Nimbus Strike then-Crushing Blow,ultimate-Cyclone and last-Decoy

Like i said i play aggressive and i wait to make lvl 2 to takeand i start to attack using (E+W) to escape.After three such attacks your mana will be low and i useto increase my mana.
At lvl 3 i play with combo (E+Q) and then W to escape.
If the enemy is near you try to attack him with (Q+E) 'cuz you will make more damage

If you will play like me you will force your enemy to go back at base and you will make level easyer.

I start with-Doran Blade for more HP more AD and life steal.
Then i buy-Berserker's Greaves for attack speed.
Don't forget to buy-Phage first 'cuz you will need AD and then-Zeal-for more attack speed and movement speed and after that combine that 2 items in-Trinity Force.
I continue with-Phantom Dancer for ultra attack speed and movement speed 'cuz i dont want my enemy escape.
Then i buy AD items start with-The Bloodthirster for life steal so i cant be beat in 1v1,then-Infinity Edge for Crit Chance and last i sell Doran Blade and i buy-Frozen Mallet for Health and Chance to slow the enemy.

Pros for Wukong :
-WuKong is a really funny champion.
-He can easily escape from ganks with his Stealth.
-He really deals alot of dmg, and with ur Runes [ + 25 Armor Penetration ] hell crush through tanks too :]
-He pwns at 1v1 too , for example :
Hes a great Solo - Top champion i think. You can check bushes while stealthed and cross them too. He wont even know that ure there. If he pushed u too hard u just have to charge richt into him and deal as much damag as possible.
Cons for WuKong :
-He will get focused, at teamfights because he deals alot of dmg.
-No range spells [ if u wanna harass ur enemy u have to charge right into him ]
-He is a little bit weak at the beginning if you sololane [ But you will pwn if u got ur Ultimate cause the enemy runs away like every time if u use ur ult ]
