Use the standard armor yellows, or AD if you want faster jungle clears (you'll take more damage, mind you), scaling magic resist blues (or flat for an easier early game advantage vs mages), damage reds (easier clears, again) and attack speed quints for faster double strike stacking.

Fervor of Battle here gives more damage to your autoattacks as it stacks, but Warlord's Bloodlust could be used for a more early-game lifesteal.
