I take Mark of The Furor, Seal of Alacrity, Glyph of Replenishment, and Quint. of Strength.
Mark of The Furor: I take this becouse with this build you'll have crazy attack speed and crit. strike chance. So with increased crit. damage, you'll be killing people befor they have chance to come close to killing you.
Sel of Alacrity: Your Master Yi,so your supose to get attack speed
Clyph of Replenishment: Ipick this becouse Master Yi has very little mana and low base mana regen.
Quint. of Strength: You dont have to get this, I just like to get this one.

As you see i have taken a 22/0/8 mastery set
Offence: I take the basic ad melee offence tree, but I put an exttra point in it
Other Trees: You can do what you want with the remaining points, I just put those point as a suggestion.

Just follow the item guide and watch your ks go up.(lol)

I take Alpha Strike at level one and cap it at level nine. This is to make you farm the fastest to finish you build. At level two I get Wuju Style and max itat level thirteen. This is when you should start herrasing. At level three I get Meditate and finish this last. After your herrasment, your bond to be damage, and at low level one rank of this is good enough to get you back on you feet. Finaly at level six I get Highlander and of course max this at level sixteen. This is you initiator or get out of jail card. Useing this ability can mean life or death for Yi. Life being you choose to run away. And death being you choose to annihilate the guy you killing.

You don't have to get surge and ignite, but with these masteries are just begging you to pick thses up.
