Hey this is my first time posting my build. This build will consist of a heavy damage dealing Wukong that can yet take a good beating. I hope you guys enjoy it :)

I started out with Nimbus Strike for quick minion farming and quick escapes (if you over extend and have minions behind you, it is a great way to teleport back towards your own base). Then you want to start maxing out Crushing Vlow since it will be your main damage ability and has the quickest cooldowns after being maxed out. I prefer to max out Nimbus Strike after Crushing Blow in order to put Wukong's damage output to its full potential. I prefer to max Decoy out last because its main use is for defensively purposes and once you have 1 level on it, you already got the stealth so you don't need to max it out until every other spell is maxed. Grabbing Cyclone whenever it is available is very beneficial to this build because it is his highest damaging spell and can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes. That is the basics in my build.

The reason why this build consist of so many dodge runes is to proc his Nimbleness buff from the mastery tree and also make Wukong take less damage from not only both minions and enemy champions but chances to dodge turret attacks. The more enemy minions nearby, the easier it will be for you to catch up or run away from enemy champions due to 1/5 dodge chance.

After building Trinity Force, choose between Thornmail, Force of Nature, or Guardian Angel based on the enemy team setup.
