welp, in my opnion, as wukong, u need for faster waveclear and damage in combos. After that, u can either build into ravenous hydra or Titanic hydra as 3rd or 4th item later on in the game. They are both optional. Ravenous hydra provides lots of damage and lifesteal, which synergize well with other items like , , etc.
On the other hand, provides both health and some amount of damage with it's passive, making u both tanky and in the meanwhile still doing damage. Check this website for more understanding on items -https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Titanic_Hydra

Some people recommend I build Titanic Hydra on Wukong, though I haven't seen it in any guides. Have you tried it yet and if you have, what are your thoughts on it?
Actually, I think it was Ravenous Hydra, though the question still stands.

Your R proc conqueror? Is that rune good on Wukong? I think it's pretty hard to stack..

it's good again champions that use basic attacks, like Irelia, jax, darius...etc
you can proc it easily when exchaging auto -attacks with them, giving you more sustain and damage compare to electrocute. Take electrocute when you are versing squisher champions, i usually take that for mid.
