Disclaimer

Don't come blaming me about you losing with my build. I may not be high ELO but I've played with 1400-2100 ELOs. This is how I play.

Introduction

My fascination with the Monkey King started when I was little around the age of 4 or 5, watching Journey to the West with ****y Cheung and Benny Chan. When I heard he was coming to the League I was really excited. When he came out... I was quite disappointed when he came out but I decided to make the best of it. This build is quite effective late game if you don't FEED, so play smart.

Summoner Spells

Exhaust to slow them down while chasing/escaping. If escaping, works really well with your Decoy. For chasing, pop an Exhaust then Ult and they can't escape.
ALWAYS EXHAUST THE CARRY. They're dishing out the damage so make them the target.

Flash is also good for escaping. Decoy+Flash is a great. Over the walls, creating distance, flash is a must.

Runes

You may ask why I don't go with Armor Pen marks/quints. This is for early/late game damage. It's for early game because it'll scale really well with your Q and with 3 Dorans Blades, that's at least 100 damage early game. The attack runes are also good for late game because that Last Whisperer will replace your Armor Pen marks/quints. That explains the no Armor Pen.

For Seals I get Armor because this will scale well with your Stone Skin passive. Why not add some more Armor for survivability?

For Glyphs I get Magic Resist because, like my Seals, it scales really well with your passive. It may not be health but it'll help you survive.

Masteries

For Masteries I go 21-9-0. Why?

21 in Offense because of the Offensive reasons.

9 in Defense because we want as much Armor/Magic Resist with Wukong as possible.

Gameplay

Early game just farm. If you can, harass with Q if they come close. Wukong is a great farmer imo. ONLY LAST HIT. DO NOT PUSH THE LANE. This could cost your lane(if soloing) and/or your teammates lane(if duo-laning).

JUKE JUKE JUKE. Not only is Wukong a prankster but his Decoy is OP. OP. OP. If you're not good at juking, LEARN. Try to run where the opponent least expects, use bushes to your advantage as well.

Also, NEVER INITIATE. LET YOUR DAMN TANK INITIATE. I cannot stress this enough. This build is for taking out champs, not being a damn tank. Your Ult may knock up but DON'T USE IT TO INITIATE. Chase, escape, in the MIDDLE of the fight, BUT NEVER IN THE BEGINNING. Your Passive may give you bonus Armor and Magic Resist but it DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE INVINCIBLE. Calm yo ****.

For fighting go:
Q-E-R-Do whatever you need to.
W if you're getting hurt and need to get away.

If you're chasing however screw doing the damn Q-E combo for the extra damage.

You need to get close, just use your E. R is also good for chasing because of the speed boost.

Items

Start off with a Dorans Blade for that damage. Get 3 and you already have at least 100 attack. Imagine the Crushing Blow and Nimbus Strike damage early game. Then move on to level 1 boots.
DO NOT RUSH LEVEL 2 BOOTS EVER, FOR ANY CHARACTER.

Then get Sheen for even more damage and start to build your Tri-Force. The Tri-Force proc scales really well with your Q, lots and lots of damage.

After you get your Tri-Force, then get Mercury Treads. The Tenacity and Magic Resist gives you really good survivabilty.

The Tri-Force should be helping you really well getting Kills or Assists. At this point just start off your Youmuu's with a Brutalizer and leave that around for a while for that cooldown reduction.

Now get the Infinity Edge and then try your hardest to rush the Youmuu's Ghostblade. That's because the Crit and Tri-Froce Proc will be helping and you'll be smashing people with your Q and E.

If they're smart, they'll start getting Armor. Get that Last Whisperer. What if they're not? Who cares, still get it. The Armor Pen will really help and you'll be dealing lots of damage, shredding enemies.

Last but not least, get a Banshees. Lots of health, mana, magic resist and who doesn't love the passive?

IF the game isn't going so well for you, you might want to adjust your items a bit to whatever seems best. Getting shredded? Get Banshees early. Their tank doing well? Get Last Whisperer early. Adjust yourself to the game. HOWEVER 3 Dorans blades, Level 1 boots, and a Sheen is a MUST.

Summary

Wukong may not live up to his legend in this game but he's pretty fun to play. LoL is for the funzies calm yo **** and stop raging so hard. Key to winning with Wukong and all games?
