Rylai should be an optional last item imo, since it's utility isn't that helpful on lux. I would prioritize a rod of ages OR archangels due to the insane mana issues for the first main item. Btw seeing how you prioritize a sheen, I assume you would have to auto attack often, which can put you in a dangerous position. If you're really going to roll with a lichbane as one of your main items, I highly suggest getting a rabadons first (doesn't have rabadons before lichbane in item section) otherwise it's not that much dmg. The most important thing is that you lack mana. You won't ALWAYS have a blue buff 24/7.
