I love this build. First time in pvp with it, 13/15/27 (They were owning us but we fought back with only 4 people)

Thanks a bunch Glad to know you had success with it. nice assist. Most people miss the point that this is a support build;)

Really don't like some of your item choices. feels kind of lacking.
no point to stack armor, you'll already end with more than enough without stacking any armor in build.

But before you tell me I didn't read it etc, I tried your build and did bad, took my usual build and did great.
Its typical for someone to think of the Frozen heart Item like you did.... If you had read you would have noticed that the items mana increase also increases the AP, which increases the armor and adds a sweet 99 armor on top of that. If you want a ranged max AP character use another build in the list.

It adds 15 AP. Wow. Op! Also, u wont need that much armor, you can easly get 120-140 armor by endgame if you build mostly Ap.

I disagree with this build I think the frozen heart is unneeded. First you have enough mana with your Archangel's staff. Second you could just get morello's evil tome for the CDR and ap (which will convert into armor. There really is no reason for you to need it because you are supposed to be at a longer range then most ap casters and this much armor isn't going to save you from a gank anyways.

Another alternative could be the abysal septor depending on who you're in mid against

This build is meant to be more of a supportive role than a carry. CDR is important but i wanted the focus for this build to be defense and damage. There is CDR from the frozen heart...

Edit- Noticed the error on skills and adjusted.

I also have a guide and ive toyed with alot of builds. you need CDR bro. Good publish though, i like the Xerath enthusiasts :)

Edit, why do you have your +1 to ulti at level 18?? rly??

Cool down boots would be ok... but you get cool down from frozen heart 20%. You would rather want the magic pen.

I think boots for cool down is better for xerath.
