Why you would play an DPS as an Tank?
First he has no real CC, second if you get to start Phantoms game should be over allready.
If you want to Tank go play an Tank, there are a lot. Maybe you should try a Ryze Tank build too, he usually gets fokused...^^
His AS boost + Skillorder makes him very strong for DPS items, some health is not that bad but never spend 9000 gold on an carry for Tank items just to start with...sorry -1 :(
