Description
First of all we are in August 2013, this is only possible now because Xerath is very strong. I tried it 1 year ago and that just did not work!
Xerath build is expensive so you wont be able to buy many wards. Hence the build based on an early Ruby sightstone.
The fact that I use clairvoyance could shock most of the conventional players. But that helps to account for the lack of wards at the beginning.
Why Xerath Supp?
Very very strong harass on the carry ad
Mid/ late game:
Are you not tired when you play support to have the feeling of having 0 effect on late game?
Xerath sup changes that! For example you might be able to kill a feeded Vayne 1v1.
