Start of with boots of speed, 2 health potions, and 1 mana potion. After farming for a while, you could buy Berserker Greaves or a Zeal first. After one, buy the other. You want Berserker Greaves and Zeal as your first 2 items. Grab Vampiric Scepter after your second item and then B.F. Sword to complete a Bloodthirster. After your first bloodthirster, turn your Zeal into a Phantom Dancer. After you have acquired the Phantom Dancer, buy another Zeal. Get an Infinity Edge after the second Zeal. After your Infinity Edge has been finished, turn your second Zeal into a second Phantom Dancer. Get a Black Cleaver after your second Phantom Dancer has been completed to help you easily kill enemies that are counter building. After your Black Cleaver, get a second Bloodthirster.

Start of with boots of speed, 2 health potions, and 1 mana potion. Build Kage's Lucky Pick as soon as possible since you want the good boost for as long as possible. Turn your boots of speed into Sorcerer's Boots after Kage's Lucky Pick. Grab a Meki Pendant afterwards to ensure you have enough mana to sustain your spells. Grab Sheen afterwards. After sheen, build a Fiendish Codex. Turn your Fiendish Codex into Deathfire Grasp. Build a Blasting Wand and turn it into a Lich Bane, if you don't have enough money yet, just grab a Null-Magic Mantel. After Lich Bane has been completed, build a Rabadon's Deathcap (getting Blasting Wand or Needlessly Large Rod first is up to you). After Rabadon's Deathcap, buy a Rylai's Crystal Scepter (start off with Blasting Wand, then Giant's Belt, then finally, Amplifying Tome). After Ryalai's Crystal Scepter has been completed, finish the build off by getting Zhonya's Hourglass (get Needlessly Large Rod and then turn that into Zhonya's Hourglass).
