Build is rather odd, and the guide isn't that amazing either.

Mistakes in the cheatsheet (Like maxing E on lvl 8) really hurts ma feelings :(
Fix it, take a second look at your build and try to look at other guides how they did their formatting, because there is also lot's to improve.

masteries are bad, you should start with a Ward.

coding can be used.

The biggest fault I've found with this build is the excessive armor runes and the 8/0/22 masteries. In my opinion pickpocket is not worth giving up the 9th point in offense for armor pen.

1) Too much armor runes, you need to disturb certain runes for a more effective defense/offense. While bruiser are mostly seen in top lanes, Ap will also make appearance like Singed or Elise, and having that much armor runes will leave you weak in Magic resist, which the Aps will take full advantage of.
