I use Yorick just about all the time lately and I use magic pen as well and that does give a bit of boost to you in laning. With the extra pen i harass and push the **** out of other champions. But I personally suggest going with speed boost for your quintessence's just because that little boost does help a lot. And personally I dont like SV it yea it gives you boost in some hp with famine but I feel as if Banshees is a much more suitable way to go as far as Infinite i feel like as Yorick you dont need the crit. Which is why I go Atamas for the extra damage with your Omen of War late game. And depending how the game is going I throw in a Frozen Mallet as well. Pretty solid build tho +1.
