Yorick - The Grave Digger

Yorick is an attack damage champion that in this build adepts in stacking health to gain damage, and thereby boost his and his ghouls damage and durability.
Yorick summons ghouls by casting his Omens. He can harass enemy players and farm gold frequently without problem, as long as the player know what he/she does.
Yorick in this build will get up to 5K hp and 300+dmg. You will also be able to cast your spells faster because of your cool-down reduction runes and masteries.
Yorick is weak, slow and fragile in the beginning. Be careful. In the end, i can make you a fast, heavy-hitting and almost invincible champion with great stats and supporting abilities!
You will be the fear of the Summoners Rift, and you will lead your team to victory, with style!

In this guide

i will tell you why i have chosen the items i chose, why i chose the masteries and runes as i chose, and why it is important to farm minions and getting the dragon killed as often and as fast as possible!

These runes are added to make it easier for you in early-game.
You have damage Marks and Quintessence to get better harass and minion-farm.
You have Mana-regen Seals to replenish you mana and keep harassing enemies and get gold from further farming minions.
The last is Cooldown- reduction Glyphs, to boost your Tear of the Goddess ability faster, and to keep attacking and farming gold.

Start off with Doran's Shield to get some more durability in the beginning.
Continue with Tear of the Goddess as fast as possible. Do not recall from your lane before you have 995 Gold, witch is the price of Tear of the Goddess. This is importante!
As soon as you can afford it, buy Manamune for more mana. Price: 1150 Gold. This will grant you mana much faster, and 2% of your max mana will be given as basic dmg to you. This will boost your ghouls aswell.
Continue to buy Boots of Swiftness,to remove the hazard that is Yorick's slow movement speed.
Next up buy the items you requier forWarmog's Armor.This will grant both you and your ghouls loads of hp. Keep in mind that you will need minion-kills to grant the maximum benefits from this item.
Next up buyAtma's Impaler, so that you and your ghouls will gain 2%dmg from your max hp.
Continue to sell Doran's Shield and buy 2 moreWarmog's Armor.
Get kills, assists and minion-kills to gain the most benefits from your items, and then you will have around 5K hp, 40 hp-regen pr 5 sec, and 300dmg:D

Passive:

Unholy Covenant: Your passive reduces the damage taken, and increases the damage delivered by 5% for each Omen active. Your ultimate also count to this bonus. Your Omens have 35% hp and DMG of your max hp and damage, so this is the reason for stacking hp based dmg.

Q-Button:

Omen of War: Your next attack will deal extra damage, and summon a Spectral Ghoul. This ghould will increase your movement-speed and deal great damage to opponents. It will gain 25% attack speed and movement-speed each second until it decays. This Omen is affected by your damage to deal more damage.

W-Button:

Omen of Pestilence: Yorick summons a Decaying Ghoul at the targeted location. This ghoul arrives with a violent explosion, damaging and slowing nearby enemies. This ghoul can be used to slow an enemy champion so that you can flee from or catch up to him. This can also be used by advanced players to block incomming skill-shots, like Morganas "Dark Binding"

E-Button:

Omen of Famine: This is the most important spell Yorick has in early game. Yorick targets an enemy, champion or minion, and summons a Ravenous Ghoul, that hits the targeted enemy, stealing hp from it and giving it to Yorick. All damage dealt by this ghoul will be returned to Yorick as Hp. Use this to harass enemy players and regain lost hp.

R-Button:

Omen of Death: Yorick targets an allied champion (including himself) and summons a revant of the target. This revant will follow the targeted champion ,and if the target dies, the revant will kill itself to re-animate the target. This will ressurect the target for around 10sec, giving you a chance to gain revenge.

Omen of War= Blue
Omen of Pestilence= Green
Omen of Famine= Red
In early-game, start with your Red Omen to gain harass on the enemy, healing your wounds and farming minions.
Next up get Blue Omen to farm minions better and gain damage.
In level 3 u get Green Omen, to slow opponents so that you can flee from, or catch up to, enemy champions. You can also check bushes and over terrain with this 1.
You must max Red Omen at level 9. This will get you good life-steal and harass. Next max your Blue Omen for more damage and minion-farming.
Max your Ultimate as soon as possible.
Max Green Omen last, to slow enemies.

Pros:

- Can be an amazing farmer with ghouls and nice AD. His AD will in this build be gained from HP. With this great amount of HP, he can with ease push and fall back several times, and almost never recall!

-Solo dragon in level 12 with ease. can be done in level 9 with a friend.

- Great pusher.

- Ultimate can change the outcome of a fight.

- Great 1v1 champ. Can tank and take down up to 3 or 4 enemies in lategame!

- Amazing sustain in lane.

- With the Warmog he will be able to tank with ease. Combined with the Atma's Impale he will also get great damage!

- Great harass.

- Passive makes him a super tank in team fights.

-His Omen of Famine is great for regaining lost HP, even when in mid combat!

Cons

-If you do not farm minions and minion-kills, as well as getting dragon, you will be too poor to keep your expencive lifestyle going! Get minion-kills, and hunt down weak champions with your slow if possible!

- Can be Mana starved if you do not build tears/Manamune.

- No escape abilities (besides slow ghoul). Buy Boots of Swiftness to prevent this!

- W ghoul scales with AP and will basically only be used for the slow late game.

- Q deals good damage, but you will have to engage combat to use this to harass. Be careful!

- Ultimate can easily be wasted if you do not think your actions through! Wasting it might be difference of life and death!

Tips For Any Player:

-You can get loads of hp back after taking dmg by harassing enemies with your E!

-Cast W to catch up to enemy runners!

-W can block Skill-Shots!

-R can get you up to 3 more kills, after death!

-Cast loads of spells and hit loads of minions early-game to not mana-starve later.

-Buy Tear of the Goddess as soon as possible! Quickly upgrade it to Manamune for max outcome!

- Boots of Swiftness prevents you from being hunted down too easy.

-By stacking Warmogs after getting Atma's Impale, you will stack both HUGE amounts of HP and great DMG!

- Cast W in a group-fight to get assists from all the kills.
