Ignite
Ability Order
Shepherd of Souls (PASSIVE)
Yorick Passive Ability
Introduction
WORK IN PROGRESS, YET TO BE FINISHED, just wanna hear your opinions, fancy images and stuff is still to come.
Pros:
Great pusher
Can do some great damage
Ulti is a great turret diver
Brings the ghoul mechanic into the game
Really fun to play
Has an cool voice, just my opinion
Cons:
Underpowered atm, making him really unattractive for some players
Does easily die
Ranged abilites can not be used for great harrasing, just poking
Costs 6300 IP, which some would say is not worth it

I pick 9/21/0 for survivability. Even though he is a melee dps, he will go down like a fly without some form of defense, especially late game. Also, the 1 point in the AP mastery is really just because there is nothing else, sure you can pick the Exhaust one if you choose to go with that spell instead of Ignite, or even the Smite one if you decide to jungle, but I wouldn't recommend it with this build.
I start off with Sapphire Crystal and 2x Healing pots to stay in lane, Yorick is extremely mana dependant, especially early game, therefore I feel that it is needed. Afterwards I go for Zeal to go some damage output, and then I go for Berserker's Greaves, this is a arguable choice, but I do it for the damage, you can get Mercury's if you desire. After the boots, I instantly finish off Manamune to get rid of all mana problems through the entire game. Sometimes, if I feel like I lack some damage, and I have the money for it, I will go for a B.F Sword here to later build into Bloodthirster, but only if I have money, else I will build my Zeal into a Phantom Dancer. About now, you should get your B.F Sword, else your damage output will be too low to get any kills without an well timed spell to 'steal'. From here i go for Frozen Mallet to get some health, aswell as minor damage, this is a must as Yorick will be very squishy by this time, and this could save your life a couple of time, also the passive slow is very nice too to chase down your enemies. Grab the Bloodthirster now, this will be your main damage item, and around here you will begin to do some amazing damage, atleast for Yorick. In the end, grab Atma's Impaler, for the crit and the AD.
Some things are arguable, and I do think the damage is a little low at the Phantom Dancer stage, but I will look into how I can make it stronger. Also, about Trinity Force, as much as it actually is a good item for Yorick, I don't like the wasted AP from it, I would rather get something that fully benefits me.

The skill sequence part isn't my favorite one to explain, but since this is a guide, it is a must. Max Omen of War first, this is where all the damage comes from, and the speed buff will help you chase down your dying enemies. Afterwards, it really depends on who you lane against, and what you feel is most needed for you to counter the enemy team. Remember with this build, the damage doesn't come from your W and E, sure Omen of Pestilence will do good on clearing minion waves at lvl 18, and do excellent when chasing down fleeing enemies, but get them mostly for their slow and life steal, Omen of War is where the real damage comes from! If you face 2 ranged in a lane, try to go and balance Pestilence and Famine until they're both lvl 3 and max War there.
For his ulti, a huge buff is incoming, taking away the revenants decay damage, making it excellent for tower dives, just make sure it tanks the turret! Its also good for pushing, but don't waste it if you know a team fight is coming up! It is also good for some extra damage output in a 1v1 situation, remember that it deals 100% of your damage at lvl3! I normally don't bother all too much about the reviving/vengeance part of it, but it has granted me and other dying allies some kills, and nothing is as sweet as some bloodthirsty revenge >:D.
