Hi my name is PotatoZard and this is my first build. This build will teach you my way on how to play Master Yi. He is one of my main champions and i've been playing him as my first bought champion ever.

I'll will be working on this build alot so please give constructive critisism. If you find this build/guide helpful please put a +1,and if you don't like it then put a -1 but please explain where I can improve on this build.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: If you are new to Master Yi I suggest reading this whole build instead of just glancing at the items and masteries because there will be some tips on skill usage.

In this build I will use alot of LoL ( League of Legends) acronyms like CC, OOM, DPS.

What Alpha strike does is Master Yi teleports to the enemy you click on while doing AoE damage. I put my first point into alpha strike because I use it frequently at the start to harrass and farm, this ability is very useful for chasing because Yi doesn't have any CC. You can basically teleport to the enemy while they are running by clicking on them. Using Alpha Strike can dish out tons of dmg and you can use it to push your lane very easily because of it's farming ability.

It's a personal preference to max out this skill earlier on than later, though I don't put my fist point into it because I already bought those hp potions, if you're wanting to max it out earlier you should be using it in safe places to heal yourself up. The reason I put 1 point into it is because of it's armor and magic resist buff, this is very useful because Yi is carry and is very squishy.
