Thank you!- for both the information that i would need to add into the next guide and for the kindness! But Skarners passive isnt useless top, because when you use your e/fracture, it applies the status effect, then when you auto attack them it procs the damage and stuns them, but also for a short duration you get the effect from your passive. So you use it on the 6 minion wave and auto attack them all to get a decently long passive effect in top lane!
