In the Early Game, Ashe as a support likes to poke the enemy adc and support for Spellthiefs and Manaflow Band stacks while also doing damage with her Scorch and Arcane Comet. If you're queued with an adc and in a lane against a Relic Shield support, you can harass them when they walk up for minions, respect any crowd control or dashes they may possess however. In the event you're not laning with a competent adc, either alt+f4, or just poke with your W until the enemy laners leave the game.

In the Late Game, Ashe struggles to clear waves well, however this problem should hopefully be countered a little bit by the Sheen item we build in Lich Bane. She also shreds towers like store-bought cheese so that is always good. While you're clearing waves, spam W for maximum Lich Bane procs, it'll be on a ~0.8s cooldown (I think) late so you should be good with that. Spam your R button at the nearest fight for bonus points.
