Against an Malzahar,you have to play a bit agressive before the level 6,but don't expose yourself a lot,because Zed can be ganked or simply die for the Malzahar poke.If you have sufficient gold,juts buy a Quicksilver Sash and late,buy a Mercurial Scimitar.
