First i want to say that zed isnt that easy to play,when you want to have sucess with him. You must be careful when you start a fight,because zed have low magic resist and low armor. And thats the point why i have choosen this runes.

So the runes are for the JUNGLE and not for laning. For the lane you shouldnt take the armor and magic resist runes. But for the jungle this runes are really good, i tested them.

so the items which i have choosen can be change a little bit.It depends on how your playstyle is when you are very aggressive you should buy like this because there you have a mix of armor and damage, so you dont die that fast. In a fight you should allways activate youmuss, because it gives you a big boost in a fight and can turn a fight very fast. The frozen mallet you should buy, because zed havent that big range with his w and q spell, so its good when the enemies are slowed by your frozen mallet. So you can catch up an easy kill :)

You should allways maximize your e skill as fast as possible cause this spell is the most important for jungle and for laning your q and e. The w Spell is just for the sahdow and jumping through the jungle.

So in the jungle you will start with the red buff, and then go to the wraiths. Then the wolves after that you should try the golems when you are to low life port back.So ask for a hard pull for the red for a better satrt in the jungle. The BLUE you should do, because of the exp and coins but the buff you should give to the mid laner. Because you dont need that much. You should gank as soon as possible, because zed need kills and thats the main point when you got kills with zed you will be very strong. But one of the best counters against zed is lee sin so be carefull with ganking a lee sin. Fariming is allways good but with zed you dont need that much farm!
