Introduction
Ziggs is the best ap char i know, the only problem is the mana :/
Sooo you have to buy mana and mana reg at start (also runes of course). As soon as you get Archangel's Stuff, there will be no low mana any more :) Now you have to look forward to Rabadon's Deathcap and other ability stuff. Now you can use your abilities all the time without watching your mana.
With this build you can go mid at 5 vs 5, also bot and 3 vs 3 is no problem.
