Hello everyone!
Welcome to my first build ever on Mobafire!
In this build i'll show you a Ziggs build that doesn't actually leave you as the squishiest on the team. Rather than just bombarding from afar, you'll be able to get up into their faces and smack them around and actually make use of your passive, doing upwards of 800 damage to champions AND towers.

-Passive that does as much damage as another spell
-Long Range on basic spells
-Good Zoning with Minefield
-Long range 1k damage Ult
-Able to escape near-death experiences with Satchel Charge
-Bouncing Bomb can be dodged easily
-Long cooldowns, especially on Satchel Charge
-Most of his spells have a long delay time

I run these runes on most of my AP champions, but if you feel like doing even more damage, you can switch the Clarity seals to Force seals.

Max Bouncing Bomb ASAP. Huge aoe damage for farming and its range is amazing; I caught alot of stragglers with the very last bounce on this.
Take Satchel Charge at 4 and max it last, the damage is very mediocre and the cooldown doesn't lower much.
Hexplosive Minefield should be maxed second, because it's slow is crazy, and it makes it hard for many champions to chase or run once they've started to go for you.
Mega Inferno Bomb should be taken at 6, 11, and 16. Its usually used to kill fleeing champions or in a teamfight. This skill is a 1000 damage nuke by the end of my build.

I like to start out with a Doran's to give you a little more survivability in lane and some mana regen before you get your ROA. When you feel like you have enough money, port back and grab some boots and a catalyst. Rod of Ages would be the next item to get once you have enough. This item is a must, because it solves most of his weaknesses; squishiness, and his large mana problems. Over 700 health and mana, plus a good amount of ap. Next you would want to get Sorcerer's shoes and a Rabadon's Deathcap. These two items basically give a 30% increase(!!!!) on your damage. By now the other team's ad carries' main target should be you. Perfect time to buy a Zhonya's Hourglass. This would give you a big chunk of ability power and armour, and an amazing 3 second invulnerability active. Last but not least in my core would be a Lich Bane. 100% of your ability power on your next hit turns your autoattack from an "ouch!" to a "WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ALL MY HEALTH". And when you stack this with your Passive, towers will melt like butter to your bombs. My last item is usually an Abyssal Scepter, but if you find that you don't need any more survivability, a Hextech Gunblade is the best choice. This LATE game item is expensive, but you should be a farming king with all your spells. It gives loads of spell vamp, allowing you to actually HEAL from your spells, and lifesteal, which actually works with your Lich Bane, and a 300 damage backup slow if you can't catch them with a Minefield.

Ziggs is a very fun champion with great potential, I've found myself bursting out in laughter with some of the tricks Ziggs can do.
