Just so you know, that last point in utility only applies to summoner ability cooldowns, not champion abilities - thus you wouldn't be able to spam bomb any faster, Ignite maybe but it's still a (correct me if I'm wrong) 180second cooldown.

I say no to the ignite mastery and ignite itself, I would take ghost instead and last mastery in utility - MOAR BOMB SPAM

10 ability power is not better than having 15% reduced cool downs. but yes i understood him.

and the reason why i think you get clarity, is because you get tear of godess too late.
why lich bane? and couldn't you get a void staff for 70ability power and 40% magic penetration instead of it... and it would also make up for your greater mark.. and you could make that a ability power mark. Since Zilean isnt really a attacker....he does two bombs and supports. ;/ don't get the lich bane. and 1.7k hp is so little for lvl 18. I feel like you would die fast.... ;/ +0

This build is pretty solid. Just tried it out and I went 19-2-7. Props to Mylah.

I use the 10 AP for low level harassing. in my opinion 10 ap is better than 15% summoner spell reduction but it is really your call. Imp Ignite is better low level and the 15% CD is better late game.

Why not put that one point in the ignite mastery into the last mastery in the utility tree.
